Life Lesson #2 of my first 40 years: You have reasons or you have results.
Life Lesson #2: You have reasons or you have results.
This mantra has helped me immensely over the years – when I wanted to give up on a goal or I began to create an excuse or reason why something wasn’t working for me, this mantra kept me on track to finish.
It’s so easy to talk about and list the reasons why our life, our jobs, our relationships, our country, etc. are not where we want them to be – it takes hard work, perseverance, commitment, energy, and the support of others to put the work in to get the results.
You can either talk about it (reasons) or you can do it (results) – I’ve found doing it and getting the results leads to much more success and happiness in life.
