Keys to Success by Napoleon Hill
This is a classic my friends that is a must-have. This book takes all of the elements of Napoleon’s 25+ years of research and experience in writing/creating “Think and Grow Rich” and is organized into the 17 Principles of Personal Achievement. Napoleon’s foundation has done a great job of updating some of the language and examples to tie the reserach and findings into today’s marketplace to make it that much more “real” to you and I. This is one of the most straightforward “this is what you need to do to be successful” books that I have come across and it is a phenomenal read.
The elements that I’ve taken out of this book are too many to share, but here are 3 of the main lessons I have taken away:
1. Nothing else lines up until you have defined your purpose/vision on what you want. Success depends on you having a target, a goal – you must decide and go after it. If you don’t decide, someone else will for you.
2. You must have an attractive personality. Not in a foo-foo way, but in the way that people trust you and want to do business with you. Are you someone that you’d do business with?
3. Doing nothing and accepting failure only brings more failure. Energy is everything, what you believe and do is what you attract. Are you a winner? Do what winners do and watch as you attract more and more success into your life that will lead to more winning for you, your family, business, and community.
I cannot recommend this book any higher my friends, it is a book that will keep you thinking for the rest of your life on what more you can do to improve every day. Don’t hesitate on adding this one to your Success Library, it will be one of the best investments you have ever made.
