What I Have Learned – #56 (August 2024)
I have learned to not make excuses and to instead just make it right.
I have learned that I enjoy hanging out much more with “learn-it-all” people versus “know-it-all” people.
I have learned that something is not true just because I really want it to be true.
I have learned that being a great parent means being “uncool” in the eyes of my kids from time to time.
I have learned to see the opportunities in this world versus to see only the obstacles.
I have learned that the daily habits I create for myself either push me towards my goals or they pull me away from them.
I have learned that the majority of the media no longer present the unedited facts; they just present the story/narrative that they want me to believe.
I have learned to stop talking about my plans and just allow my results to do the talking.
I have learned that the greatest thing about financial independence is the total freedom of how I get to choose every single day how to spend my time and energy.
I have learned that I must have a great relationship with myself in order to have a great relationship with any other human being.
