What I Have Learned – #20 (August 2021)
I have learned that “failing forward” is a great mantra and way to live life.
I have learned that a fantastic daily reflection question for myself is simply, “Did I do my best?”
I have learned to stop chasing the wrong things.
I have learned to live life from an abundance mindset vs. a scarcity mindset – and it continues to make all the difference.
I have learned that much of my misery is caused by my own ignorance.
I have learned that micromanaging or controlling everything is another way of saying, “I don’t trust you.”
I have learned that I love being around and will follow people that do what they say they are going to do.
I have learned that it is critical to remain “teachable” throughout this journey of life.
I have learned that happy is as happy does.
I have learned that lowering expectations actually causes more overall and long-term harm to people, groups, and organizations.
